Brandsmart v. Schaffer. Mr. Silver successfully litigated a set limitation to the number of personal questions that could be directed to the employer representative. The First DCA granted MKRS’s petition and specifically identified a number of personal questions no longer appropriate for discovery through an employer representative (barring of course any unusual need in a specific case).
