Equity Partner with Over Two Decades of Experience and Nearly 2,000 Workers’ Compensation Cases Successfully Defended

Omar Perez, Jr. was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1997 and represents employers and carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Omar has been a Partner at the MKRS Law Miami office and a member of the Firm since October 2000 and became Equity Partner in 2016. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully represented employers and carriers in close to 2,000 cases.

Veteran Litigator Committed to Client Success

Mr. Perez, Jr. was recognized as a ‘Rising Star’ by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine 2009. He received a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from the University of Miami in 1994. Mr. Perez, Jr. received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1997 where he was a recipient of the Order of Barristers award, a national honorary organization recognizing oral advocacy and writing.
